What gets deleted
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information — your name, email, and login credentials
- Financial data — income, budget allocations, and expense history
- Career data — profession, location, and completed career levers
- Retirement plan — savings, projections, and scenarios
- Partner sharing — all shared budget connections
- Preferences — app settings, goals, and notification preferences
How it works
- Click the button below to send a deletion request to our support team.
- We will verify your identity by responding to the email address associated with your account.
- Once verified, your account and all cloud-synced data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Locally stored data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
Delete in the app
You can also delete your account directly within the Clarifi app. Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This immediately removes your account and all data.
Request deletion by email
To request account deletion, click the button below. This will open an email pre-filled with the information we need to process your request. Please send it from the email address you used to sign up.
